Where can I purchase Pexini skincare products?

Pexini Skincare is available right here, on pexini.com and soon it wil be available in the most important retailers across Europe.

How can I stay informed about the latest discounts and promotions?

All discounts/promotions are announced via our social channels and newsletter. Please subscribe to our newsletter if you haven't already so that you can be kept up to date and receive subscriber exclusive deals.

Is the shipping free?

Yes, we always offer free shipping on orders over €40.

Can I return products?

What should I do if my package was lost or damaged?

In case your package was lost or you received it damaged please reach out to info@pexini.com so we can help you as soon as possible.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDeal, Bancontact, Sofort Banking, Credit Cards: Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

In what currency will my payment be processed?

If you are purchasing from our EU website, all payments will be processed in Euros. In the future, we plan to introduce additional currencies, allowing your order to be handled in the local currency.

Will I have to pay import duties?

If you placed an order through our EU website for delivery within the EU, our UK website for delivery within the UK, or our USA/CAN website for delivery within the USA, you will not be required to pay import duties upon receiving your order. However, if your order is shipped to a country outside these regions, import duties may apply depending on the customs regulations of the destination country. Why has my payment failed?

Will I receive an order summary or invoice?

You receive an order summary in your order confirmation email after you have placed an order. You can also find your order history in your Pexini account. If you wish to receive an invoice, please contact our Customer Experience team at info@pexini.com so we can send it to you.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Depending on your bank account it may take up to 14 days to receive your refund. You will receive the payment back on the account that you also paid from.

Do you offset your carbon footprint?

Yes, we actively work to reduce and offset our carbon footprint. We optimize production processes to lower emissions, use energy-efficient facilities, and support initiatives focused on reforestation, carbon offsetting, and ecosystem restoration. By partnering with environmental organizations, we contribute to a healthier planet while continuously improving our sustainability efforts.

Where are Pexini products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in Italy.

Are Pexini products 100% natural or vegan?

While our products are made with a high percentage of natural ingredients, they are not 100% natural or fully vegan. We believe in transparency, which is why we most of the times clearly state the exact percentage of natural origin ingredients on our packaging — always aiming to keep it as high as possible.

Why do you include certain ingredients like silicones?

We carefully craft our formulas to be minimalist, science-backed, unisex, and accessible without compromising on quality. Every ingredient we include serves a purpose—whether it’s enhancing effectiveness, improving texture, or ensuring long-term skin health. Ingredients like silicones can play a role in optimizing performance, helping products apply seamlessly and lock in hydration while maintaining a lightweight feel. Our commitment to sustainability means we constantly evaluate and improve our choices, favoring natural and responsible alternatives wherever possible.
