Our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €50, no code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a valid residential address. Pexini does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary locations.

Pexini cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the address provided by the customer. Please note that cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once our warehouse has placed and processed them.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after processing. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

For orders under €50, the following shipping and delivery costs apply :
