Our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €40, no code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a valid residential address. Pexini does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary locations.
Pexini cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the address provided by the customer. Please note that cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once our warehouse has placed and processed them.
