Return & Refund Process

You can return your products within 14 days. To ensure a smooth and quick return process, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Report Your Return

Notify us of your return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact page. Please include your order number and specify which products you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Receive & Prepare Your Return

We will send you a return form within 2 working days. From that moment, you have 14 days to return the item unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged condition. Carefully pack the product in the original packaging and return it to:

Step 3: Send Your Return

• Add the return form to the box.

• Drop off the package at a PostNL location.

• The shipping costs are at your expense, so we recommend insuring the package in case of damage or loss during transport.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the purchase amount (minus any shipping and/or return costs) within 7 working days. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exchange Policy

You cannot exchange a product directly. Instead, you must first return the item, and we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. You can then place a new order through our standard process.
